Their annual "Economic Freedom of the World" report is available free as a pdf, along with extensive excel downloads of the data which ranks 130 economies on a 1-10 scale in five categories: size of govenment; legal structure/security of propertyrights; access to sound money; freedom to exchange with foreigners; and regulation of credit, labor and business.
