Description

1913--French--Hamlet, performed at Lugne-Poe's Theatre de L'oeuvre--the theatre had closed in 1899 but reopened in 1912. It continued its Symbolist tendencies but also started doing more classical stuff. It influenced EG Craig and then was influenced by him.
